No. Tarafex is for anyone who is sent a buyer's packaging data sheet or who reports packaging kilograms in an EU country. A chain-of-custody claim is only one field in the catalogue, and it is a record rather than a certificate.
Yes, at any time and without asking. The catalogue, the recipes, the shipments and the documents export as ordinary files. Nothing is held back if you decide Tarafex is not for you.
Packaging EPR is national, not EU-wide
